Booked 6 premium economy tickets to Toronto for my family, not only did I save money but Dale managed to organise special meals for my children needs and out seats together, gave my such piece of mind in the weeks leading up to the trip that everything was taken care of.

I was arranging a trip to South African and having to keep getting new prices for changing dates and schedules but Michael was always helpful and very professional. Also being able to pay a low deposit with the balance due in 6 months and the ability to phone up and pay off bits at a time was fab and allowed us to upgrade, downside there was a small difference in the cost of the flight for this privilege but for us it was worth it (circa £150 on a £4200 booking).
