NYC, Chicago & Miami: Cities & Skates

Customer protection guarantee

The USA is filled with all these incredible sights to see and tastes to try, so why not get out there and see what the USA has to offer. We have the perfect East-side trip for you, stopping in New York City, Chicago and Miami all squeezed into an exciting ten days.

Let’s kick-start this adventure and start making memories, but first we need to get you on a British Airways plane and flying premium economy straight to New York City! You’ll be able to relax with more legroom and a greater recline along with delicious meals and a full bar service to help you unwind.

New York

Welcome to the Big Apple! Here you’ll stay in the ultra-funky four-star CitizenM Hotel in the heart of the hustle and bustle for four nights. You’ll be minutes away from Broadway, Circle in the Square Theatre and close to Rockefeller Centre and Times Square. Every room has this huge XL king-size bed that takes up the width of the room and the fluffiest pillows. There’s also this swanky rooftop bar that is twenty-one stories up giving you amazing views of Times Square and the Manhattan Skyline, I’d recommend getting up here to watch the sunset over the city.

Seeing as you’ll have plenty of time in New York, why not fill your day with a trip to the Statue of Liberty. Of course, you’re in New York so you must visit the Empire State building too, head right to the top and look out across the city for spectacular views, make sure you take your camera! Don’t miss going to watch the famous New York Yankees in action at their Bronx ballpark, catch a fly-ball and snack on a corn dog. Hail a yellow cab to take you across the Brooklyn bridge and grab a bite to eat at this little bagel store in Brooklyn that make… rainbow bagels!

Say goodbye to the Big Apple, your time here has been fun but now you’ll be heading to the airport to board a British Airways flight en route to Chicago.

Chicago

Continuing on your USA adventure, you are now in Chicago! Here you’ll be staying in the four-star Thompson Hotel in the Gold Coast for three nights. The Thompson Hotel is the city’s premier boutique hotel! Staying here you are treated to stunning views over Lake Michigan and you are steps from Michigan Avenue’s shops, this is a truly elegant hotel complete with velvet sofas in the rooms!

Whilst you are enjoying your time here in Chicago, why not take a trip to the Millennium Park and take a photo of one of the most famous and quirky landmarks, Cloud Gate i.e. ‘the bean’. You’ve also got the Lincoln Park Zoo to visit, which is one of a few zoos in the US that is free to enter. Or if you are daring enough, might I suggest a trip to the 360 Chicago. Towering one thousand feet above the ground, the 360 Chicago is on the ninety-fourth floor of the John Hancock Building, and it’s also tilting glass – not for the faint hearted. Before finishing up your trip here, head over to the Magnificent Mile featuring over four hundred and sixty retailers, for a spot of shopping.

Now time to move on from Chicago and board a British Airways flight to the Sunshine State!

Miami

You’ve landed in Miami and the final leg of your journey begins here, so grab your rollerblades and let’s go!

In this fabulous sunny city, you’ll be staying in The Miami Beach Edition Hotel. This five-star luxury boutique hotel is an urban resort in the Mid-Beach area of Miami Beach on a three and a half acre private beachfront.  The Miami Beach Edition Hotel will be your home for the next three nights so make sure you take advantage of all it has to offer. The rooms are contemporary and with the style of decor it makes it a very calm place to stay. You also have to visit the Sandbox, it’s this secluded tropical nook just off the beach, filled with hammocks and low-lying beds. It’s perfect for a private party or some barefoot cocktails.

When you’re not spending all your time chilling by the pool, head down to South Beach and hire yourself some rollerblades! There’s no better way to experience it. There’s also a shopping destination, Lincoln Road Mall. This is an endless sidewalk of coffee shops, lounges and cultural venues that you don’t want to miss. Unfortunately, all good things have to come to an end but before you leave Miami, there’s just one place you may want to visit The Forge. The Forge is a fantastic dining experience like no other, it’s the best in the city. This deluxe steakhouse has hosted the likes of Judy Garland, Frank Sinatra and Richard Nixon.

Now it’s time to wrap things up, you’re heading home so let’s bid farewell to the USA and hop back onto that British Airways flight back to London. Of course, we’re sending you home in style and you’ll be travelling premium economy all the way back.

This whole trip sounds a dream, right? Well, you can do all of this from £2750 per person.

We were struggling to decide which hotel to stay in for our anniversary holiday to Maldives. Sam took his time with us to explain the options and made our holiday unforgettable.

We travel to Barbados up to three times a year. We always booked directly with the airline until Richard saved us £743 on our Business Class flights. Would highly recommend their services.

We booked our Mauritius and Dubai honeymoon with Richard and the service was fantastic. We didn’t even think about stopping in Dubai until Richard suggested it. He even arranged free lounge access for us. Friendly, efficient and competitively priced.
