Just got back from my travels to Chicago and I had to write this review as soon as I landed as, I’m have been so impressed with the trip start to finish, the hotel was better than you described! I can’t wait to book my next holiday!!

I was arranging a trip to South African and having to keep getting new prices for changing dates and schedules but Michael was always helpful and very professional. Also being able to pay a low deposit with the balance due in 6 months and the ability to phone up and pay off bits at a time was fab and allowed us to upgrade, downside there was a small difference in the cost of the flight for this privilege but for us it was worth it (circa £150 on a £4200 booking).

Both holidays went without a hitch, the accommodation and flights were superb (and I was given multiple options for flight times and hotels, with recommendations and ideas for each). The initial service, regular communication and after care was great (which is a rarity these days, often when you’ve bought something the service can go downhill).
